CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Cancellation Policy To ensure availability for all clients and to respect the time reserved for each appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may also be charged the full service amount. We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and offer the appointment time to another client.
